What to expect
when you contact John Erdevig

John or his staff will ensure that your matter is within his core practice, or appropriate for referral.

For real estate, we will usually request that documents be promptly faxed or e-mailed before taking the matter. This also helps meet the usually tight deadlines involved in these transactions.

For simple estate planning, John will usually begin the first interview over the phone, time permitting. We will plan to exchange data and instructions. John or staff will produce rough drafts promptly for your review. Generally, your first in-office appointment is for signing in front of witnesses.
